Physical Set-up

It is always important to acknowledge the physical surrounding of your meeting in regards to areas such as
·         Seating arrangements
·         Lighting
·         Size of room
·         Temperature of room
·         Comfort
·         Refreshments
·         Equipment

    Meeting where all participates can see each other are most effective.
